Do I Get Credit For Past Purchases?
YES! We have imported all past orders into the rewards program! You will notice that you have a balance reflecting your past purchases!
How Do I Use My Coupon Code?
When you redeem your points for a reward you will get a coupon code. Once you are at the checkout screen you will see a "Coupon Code" box to enter the code. If you are on a mobile device you may have to click on "Order Summary" to drop down the option for the coupon code to show up.
Can I Use My Code More Than Once?
No, The code is only a one time use code and can only be used on your account. Sharing the code will not work as it must be used in your account.
If I don't use all of my code amount do I lose the rest?
Yes, this is a coupon code so any remaining money on that code will be lost. Try not to generate codes for more than your order is worth to maximize your savings!
Do My Rewards Expire?
NO! Your rewards do not expire! You can save them up and use them whenever you want!
Can I share my rewards points?
No, you can only use your rewards points. You can not transfer rewards from one account to another.
I forgot to apply my code to my order. What can I do?
Unfortunately we can not apply your code to your order after you have checked out. Your code will not expire and you can use it on a future order!
Can Swag Rewards be combined with other sales or coupon codes?
No, you can not combine your rewards with any special sales or other coupon codes.
